Hello, students and parents! My name is Sarita Gooden, and I am an English instructor at New Manchester High School in Douglas County, Georgia. I have been teaching English on both high school and college levels since 1998 and have been with Douglas County Schools since 2006. One of my favorite quotes is an old Chinese proverb: "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime."
