The staff at Central Registration is busy preparing for the upcoming school year. Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open, and we want to assist you in making new student enrollment efficient and easy.  Kindergarten students and those new to the Douglas County School System will need to enroll online at 2023 Online Registration.

Parents have the convenience of registering 24 hours a day. Parents/legal guardians must register online before a student is enrolled in their home school.  For students currently enrolled in our system, school records will move up to the next grade or the appropriate school for their attendance zone.  We encourage all parents/legal guardians to register early to ensure their student can attend on the first day of school, August 2, 2023. In order to guarantee the August 2nd start date, students must have a completed registration by July 21, 2023. A completed registration means that all documents are submitted and approved.

Children entering kindergarten for the first time must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1st.  A child must be born on or before September 1, 2018 in order to attend kindergarten during the 2023-2024 school year.

The following information/documentation is required to enroll your child as a student in the Douglas County School System.  Registration will not be completed until the documents are provided.
