  • InToneNation A Cappella Group, Regional Winners of ICHSA Competition and Best Choreography at National Competition, 2018

VISUAL ARTS ACHIEVEMENTS

  • 2018 2ND PLACE IN SHOW WINNER at the Atlanta High School Art Exhibition (in competition with over 700 other art students)

  • 2018 – Art student chosen as a winner of the POSSE scholarship – free tuition for 4 years at Bard College in New York to study art (scholarship totaling nearly $200,000)

  • 2015 -2018 Finalist in the Atlanta High School Art Exhibition

  • Rising Star Scholarship Recipients (SCAD summer program) in 2015, 2016, and 2017

  • Student received Delta Sigma Theta scholarship in 2017

  • Finalist in the Congressional Art Exhibit 2015 and 2017

  • Students have received scholarships ranging up to $49,000 a year.

  • 2 students received Merit Scholarship for SAIC as well as MICA

  • 2018 – Student selected as state GHP winner for Vocals

  • 2018 – Finalists in ICHSA competition – competing in New York in April

  • 2018 – Semi-finalist WINNER – at ICHSA competition

  • 2018 – Quarter finalist WINNER – at ICHSA competition in Florida

  • 2017 – 3rd place OVERALL – in the ICHSA competition

  • 2017 – Awards received for Best choreography, Best soloist, and Best Beat-boxing at ICHSA

  • $40,000.00+ in vocal scholarships

DANCE ACHIEVEMENTS

  • FAME Department of Dance partnered with Atlanta Ballet (Atlanta Ballet's community Education program provides free dance workshops on sight as well as free performance tickets and costume usage.)

  • 7 Dance Students received full year scholarships to attend dance classes at any of the Atlanta Ballet locations throughout Atlanta

  • FAME Department of Dance has partnered with the The Rialto Theater (The Rialto Theater's Educational Outreach program allows students to receive free workshops with Professional Companies and free tickets to shows at the Rialto.)

  • Students have received a workshop from Step Afrika and attended their performance at the Rialto Theater.

  • 2 students won region level of GHP auditions

  • FAME Dancers have participated In workshops to University of GA, Kennesaw State University, University of the Arts and Alabama State University
